• Submission of a pitch does not create any obligation on Lumio Capital or the Company to invest, partner with, or respond to you within any particular timeframe.
• Unless a separate written non-disclosure agreement ("NDA") is executed between you and the Company, we are under no obligation to treat your submission as confidential. You should not submit information you wish to keep strictly confidential without first contacting us to discuss an NDA.
• We may retain submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy even if no investment is made.

Lumio Capital is a venture initiative operated by the Company and is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), Research Analyst, or Merchant Banker.
